Who We Are
|Mary
You are part of this 2030 manifestation.
THE PRINCIPLE
Identity is not what you aspire to become.
It is what you choose to act from, every day, in every decision, and under every pressure.
When you know who Archimedia is, you never have to guess what to do next.
The answer is already in the identity.
Archimedia is the most trustworthy and most capable residential project management partner for luxury homes in the region.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, did you make a decision someone else could stand behind without re-checking it, or did it need a second look?
Our North Star
Where We Focus
|Ahmed
Behavior0%
Pulse0%
Three horizons. One company. Zero confusion.
THE PRINCIPLE
Most of your energy goes where the fire is.
Not where the future is.
That's not wrong, H1 is where we win today.
But if H1 gets 100% of you, H2 starves and H3 never starts.
The discipline is the split: 80% winning now, 15% building next, 5% positioning for the future. (Q3 2027)
YOUR MIRROR: This month, were your projects win-win? Did clients have a great experience, and did you achieve healthy margins?
Our North Star
Our Guardrails
|Chavi
Growth without guardrails is not ambition. It is risk.
Capacity
Cashflow
Margin
THE PRINCIPLE
Every leader has said yes to something they should have protected against. Not because they didn't know better. Because the opportunity felt bigger than the risk.
These three guardrails exist for that exact moment. They are not rules. They are the line we agreed never to cross.
YOUR MIRROR: Before your last commitment, did you confirm margin, cashflow, and capacity were protected?
Our North Star
Our Priorities
|Viji
When everything feels urgent, one question decides.
THE PRINCIPLE
Under pressure, we usually default to what feels urgent.
This hierarchy exists to protect you from that reflex, so the right things are defended first, every time, without questioning.
The innermost circle is the most protected.
Growth sits on the outside, and it is only possible when everything inside it is solid.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, when something forced a trade-off, which tier actually won, and was it the right one?
Our North Star
Our Declaration
|Mona
The future is not something that happens to us. We are building it today.
This is who we are because we decide to play our game with Care.
You arrive at a client's home.
The lighting shifts as they walk in, exactly as designed. The sound fills the room.
Every screen, every speaker, every shade, every system, alive and precise.
The client moves through their home with a silent smile.
You did not build this alone. You built this as one team, across every function that touched it.
You documented instead of assumed. You spoke early instead of hoping things would resolve.
The client did not just receive a system. They received a promise that was kept.
This is what Archimedia does.
This is who you are.
Every standard you hold today, every difficult conversation you choose to have, every system you choose to use, is a brick in the company this book describes.
You are already Archimedia 2030.
YOUR MIRROR: What's one brick you added this month, and what almost stopped you from laying it?
How We Align
Decision Logic
|Walid
Waiting for permission you already have is a decision too.
THE PRINCIPLE
You already have the authority. What you are missing is the proof that using it is safe.
So you check. You align. You loop someone in.
Every step feels responsible.
Together they mean the decision was never really yours.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, did you send a decision upward that was already inside your mandate?
How We Align
How We Meet
|Viji
A calendar full of meetings is not a sign of alignment.
THE PRINCIPLE
A meeting is not where we inform each other. Information can travel without a room.
A meeting is where decisions get made and owners get named.
If nothing was decided and no one was named, the meeting did not happen. It only felt like it did.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, did you leave a room unsure who owned the outcome, and say nothing?
How We Align
Quality Without Guardian
|John
Quality doesn't need a guardian. It needs standards.
THE PRINCIPLE
Quality shouldn't live in someone's judgement. It should live in a standard anyone can hold.
It is designed, written down and learned by all of us to keep it alive.
A standard that needs someone watching is not a standard. It is a favor.
You are safe not because someone is guarding the bar, but because the bar is built to hold without a guard.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, was quality part of how you worked, or something you checked for after?
How We Operate
Project Lifecycle
|Ahmed
Every stage has an input, an output, and someone waiting.
THE PRINCIPLE
Every stage has a description, an input, an output, someone who does the work, and someone who confirms whether the work is done correctly or not.
The confirmer is either a person, or an automated system.
Work does not move because it is finished. It moves because someone accepts it.
If nothing you produce goes to someone, you are busy but not moving to the next stage.
And a stage handed on without being accepted has not moved. It has only changed desks.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, did you accept something from another function that was not actually finished?
How We Operate
Documentation
|Walid
The documentation package is your safety to start.
THE PRINCIPLE
A stage does not begin because the site is ready. It begins because the package for that stage has been developed and accepted.
Each package is prepared in a specific stage of the project lifecycle.
Each project lifecycle is synchronized with the main contractor, not with a date we set alone.
A package waits only for the decisions its own stage needs. For example, the First Fix package does not wait for the client to choose the speakers, the keypads or the screens.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, did a stage start on site before its package had been accepted?
How We Operate
The System
|Chavi
Our projects live in one house, and it has four rooms.
THE PRINCIPLE
D-Tools holds the sales, design and project management work.
Business Central holds the accounting and the procurement records.
No interference and no double entry, because the Business Central database reads from D-Tools.
Software Assurance is what makes D-Tools usable by the client and the technician on site.
Remote monitoring is our safeguard, to have full remote viewing and remote control over all sites.
Knowing which system owns which record, and how the systems communicate, is the key to time saving and project control.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, did you type a number into one system that already existed in the other?
How We Operate
The Standards
|John
Standards are not what we agreed about in a meeting, they are 3 projects in 3 countries running identically.
How to read it
A person doing work, in the lane that owns it
A confirmation, where work stops until it is accepted
A wait on an answer
YESThe route when the answer is yes
The route when the answer is no
Document control
Every one of these moves leaves a document behind, and a procedure only holds if the document can be found. Document control is a back office function, not a project role: it owns the material submittals, the requests for information, the minutes of meeting, the detailed installation documentation, and the tracking of every revision. Nobody on site chases a drawing, and nobody signs a revision that has been superseded.
YOUR MIRROR: This week, did you run a step your own way because it was faster than the standard way?
How We Operate
The Exception
|Mary
When a process does not work and creates an exception, we standardize the exception.
THE PRINCIPLE
Some days the standard process will not fit the job in front of you.
This will force an exception to happen.
What we do with that exception is what will determine our losses and wins.
YOUR MIRROR: This month, did you log the reason for every exception you approved, so that it could be counted?
Launching Soon.
